Hiding the dock

Never hide, auto-hide or dodge windows.

Three modes

Never hide – the dock is always visible.
Auto-hide – slides away like the Windows taskbar and slides back when the pointer touches the screen edge.
Dodge windows – hides only when a window covers it.

Turn on Hide for full-screen apps so games, films and presentations get the whole screen.
